Terry Cobb

President & Developer

Terry Cobb is a seasoned professional with an impressive blend of leadership, government contracting, construction expertise, and military service. As the President at Cobb Coastal Construction, Terry leverages his deep industry knowledge by delivering excellence in every project. His academic achievements include earning a Masters degree in Global Business from Friends University, home to one of the nation’s top 50 MBA programs, where he refined the strategic and operational skills that guide his success.

Terry’s career journey reflects his versatility and dedication. He began in the banking industry, spending several years in various banking roles, including assistant Vice President where he honed his leadership and financial acumen. Following this, he served his country as a member of the U.S. Army National Guard working with the Florida 146th ESB and Kansas 1161st FSC. His subsequent experience in government contracting solidified his reputation as a mission focused business leader, with a track record of successfully awarding over $700 million in contracts, spanning construction and weapon systems.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Terry finds balance in his personal life. He is an avid hunter, particularly enjoying the challenge of whitetail deer hunting. He also loves traveling and creating memories with his wife Michele and their children, Tide and Isla. Fall Saturdays are reserved for cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide. A lifelong learner, Terry is passionate about personal growth, actively engaging in reading and mastermind courses.

Michele Cobb

Vice President & Realtor

Michele Cobb is a dynamic professional whose career reflects her passion for helping others, hands-on craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial spirit. She began her journey assisting a construction company, gaining experience in practical skills like laying floors, hanging trim, and painting, which instilled in her a strong work ethic and attention to detail.  In 2012, Michele pursued her calling to care for others, becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and later earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Gulf Coast State College. As a nurse, Michele has built a reputation for excellence and adaptability, gaining valuable experience in various settings and eventually embracing the challenges and opportunities of travel nursing. Her ability to connect with people and navigate high-pressure environments has been a cornerstone of her career.

In 2015, Michele expanded her professional portfolio by earning her real estate license and began working as a realtor in Destin, specializing in coastal properties. Her dedication to understanding clients’ needs and delivering exceptional service has made her a trusted resource in the competitive coastal real estate market.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Michele treasures time with her family, enjoying beach days, traveling, and making lasting memories with her husband Terry and their children, Tide and Isla.
